We are seeking skilled Surgical Recovery Coordinator/ Organ Transplant Preservationists to join our network of subcontractors. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recovery, preservation, packaging, and transportation of organs for transplantation in accordance with OPTN/UNOS, OPO, and facility-specific guidelines.

**2 years prior experience in organ recovery or transplant coordination (REQUIRED)

**2+ years of experience in an Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) and familiarity with grief counseling.

The Organ Donor Management Coordinator is a critical clinical role responsible for managing and optimizing organ donor cases to ensure maximum organ viability and successful transplantation outcomes. Working closely with donor hospitals, transplant centers, physicians, and internal teams, the coordinator oversees donor management, stabilizes potential organ donors, and supports the clinical aspects of organ recovery.

**2+ years of experience in an Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) or transplant center.

The Tissue Recovery Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the mission of donation by coordinating and assisting with the recovery of donated tissues in accordance with regulatory standards, organizational policies, and ethical practices. This position works collaboratively with clinical teams, partner hospitals, and recovery staff to ensure safe, timely, and respectful tissue recovery processes.
